My name is Micheline and I love to sew. I’ve been sewing my whole life. There were stretches of time when I didn’t sew, sometimes even years, but I always came back to it. About ten years ago, I turned my hobby into my profession. I started out doing alterations but it didn’t take long for me to realize that what I really love is sewing garments from start to finish. I love planning, narrowing down the choices, drafting the patterns, fitting wonderfully unique bodies and, of course, doing the sewing. I love it all. And I love sewing for other people.

Nothing feels as good as putting on clothes that feel right. Clothes that are made for you, in a style that works for you, in a fabric you love and the fit is spot on. You can’t help but feel like you’re stepping into the world as the best possible version of yourself. At first, this might bring to mind the clothes that you save and wear only on special occasions but those aren’t the clothes that I’m talking about. I’m talking about the clothes that you wear every day, the ones that you wear to work, to run errands, to go out with friends or even just for dinner at home. The clothes that you do your living in, these are the clothes that I love to sew.

If you have clothes that you love but they’re wearing out, I can make you new ones. If you have something in your wardrobe that you love but you just wish the neckline was different or the sleeves were longer or it was made out of nicer fabric, I can make a new one with all or any of those changes.
